How to move a listing from Poshmark to Vinted, step by step
Add a phone number on Vinted first
Vinted asks for one on your account before you can list.
Photos, title and description
Vinted takes up to 20 photos and a title of up to 100 characters, so your Poshmark title fits as it is.
Pick the category, brand and size
Work down Vinted’s catalog, then pick the brand and size from Vinted’s lists. A women’s M is “M / US 8-10”.
Condition, colors and the extras
Use the table above, pick up to 2 colors, and add Measurements and Material, which Vinted recommends.
Choose the package size
Extra small up to 8 oz, Small up to 18 oz, Medium up to 2 lb, Large up to 4 lb. Nothing above 4 lb.
Price it and upload
There’s no selling fee to build in. When it sells, ship with Vinted’s label within 5 business days.
When it sells, end the other listing
As soon as it sells on Poshmark or Vinted, end or delete the listing on the other store, so a second buyer can’t pay for an item you no longer have.
Watch out
What trips people up
- Vinted has no tags box and no Original Price. Put style words buyers search for in the title or description.
- Vinted’s largest package size is 4 lb, so heavy items that ship fine on Poshmark may not fit.
- Vinted’s terms don’t allow outside tools Vinted hasn’t authorised, crosslisters included. Listing by hand is fine; see the note below before using any app there.
