We don’t save your photo: it’s sent to our AI provider to read the item. Privacy Policy

How it works

  1. Snap the whole item. A second photo of the tag or label makes the answer sharper.
  2. In a few seconds you see what it is, its condition, and what items like it usually resell for.
  3. See what you’d keep on each store after its fees, from the same math as our fee calculators.
  4. Buying it? MagicListr lists it on every store you sell on from one listing.

Questions

What’s it worth, answered

How does it work out what my item is worth?

It reads your photo the way a reseller would: the brand, model and size from tags and labels, what it’s made of, and its condition. Then it estimates what items like it usually resell for on US marketplaces in that condition.

How accurate is it?

It’s an estimate from a photo, not a promise. It does best with a clear photo of the whole item and one of the tag or label. Before you pay a lot for something, check what similar items actually sold for.

Isn’t this what Google Lens does?

Google Lens is great at telling you what something is. It doesn’t tell you what it resells for used, or what you’d keep after each store’s fees. This does both.

Why only 3 free checks a day?

Each check costs us real money to run. MagicListr members get 100 Snap & Price checks a month, and each one also writes the listing for every store you sell on.

Do you keep my photo?

No. Your photo is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to read the item, and we don’t save it or the result. We count checks with a scrambled code made from your connection, never your name or email.

What happens after I know what it’s worth?

If you buy it, MagicListr can list it on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace and more from one listing, and take it down everywhere else the moment it sells.
