Best crosslisting apps for resellers in 2026, plus free ones
Vendoo, List Perfectly, Crosslist, Nifty, Closo, Primelister, Flyp and MagicListr compared: prices, free plans, stores and phone apps, as each lists them.
Scott DavisFounder, MagicListr · Updated November 2, 2026

A crosslisting app lets you write a listing once and post it to several stores, like eBay, Poshmark, Mercari and Depop, instead of typing it into each one. The good ones also take an item down everywhere else when it sells, so you don’t sell the same thing twice.
There are a lot of them now, and they’re more different than their home pages make them look. This guide covers the eight most resellers ask us about: who each one is for, what it costs, which stores and devices it works with and where it falls short.
Full disclosure: I’m Scott, the founder of MagicListr, and MagicListr is one of the apps in this guide. So I’ve stuck to facts each company publishes about itself, linked every one, and said where another app may suit you better. Prices checked Oct 30, 2026. Plans change often, so check each company’s site before you pay.
How to choose a crosslisting app
Before comparing prices, answer four questions. They’ll rule out half the list on their own.
- Which stores do you sell on? Every app covers eBay, Poshmark and Mercari. Past that they differ a lot: Facebook Marketplace, Vinted, Whatnot, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective and Shopify are each supported by some apps and not others. Start with the stores you actually use, plus the one or two you want to try.
- Do you list from your phone or a computer? Some apps have real iPhone and Android apps; some work in your phone’s browser; some crosslist through a Chrome extension on a computer. If most of your listing happens away from a desk, this matters more than anything else.
- Does it take sold items down for you? Auto-delisting is what keeps a sale on one store from turning into a cancelled order on another (here’s why that matters). Some apps include it on every plan; others only on higher tiers or for some stores.
- What will you really pay? Look at the plan you’d need, not the cheapest one. Monthly caps on new listings, AI credits and add-ons can move you up a tier.

Is there a free crosslisting app?
Yes, but only one of these has a plan that stays free. The rest offer a free trial, a money-back guarantee or nothing free at all. Here’s exactly what each company says:
- Closo has a Free plan, “$0, forever,” with no card. It crosslists to its six marketplaces with no cap on listings. Bulk actions and some tools are limited on Free; its paid memberships are billed yearly. Closo pricing
- Flyp is free for 100 days with no credit card, then $9/mo. Flyp pricing
- MagicListr is free for 30 days once your invite arrives, with no card needed and every store and feature included. After that you pick a plan to keep listing; if you don’t, nothing is deleted, and your items and sales stay viewable and exportable. MagicListr pricing
- Vendoo offers a 14-day free trial. Its pricing page doesn’t say whether a card is needed. Vendoo pricing
- Nifty offers a 7-day free trial. Nifty pricing
- Primelister offers a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Primelister
- Crosslist has no free trial. Instead, a money-back guarantee covers your first purchase: 3 days or 20 listings, whichever comes first. Crosslist pricing
- List Perfectly lists no free trial on its pricing page; it advertises a “100 Free Listings Money Back Guarantee.” List Perfectly pricing
So if you want to pay nothing for as long as possible, Closo’s Free plan and Flyp’s 100 days are the two to look at. If you want to try an app properly before deciding, any of the trials will do; pick the one that covers your stores.
The apps, one by one
Closo
Best for: sellers who want a crosslister that stays free.
Closo’s Free plan crosslists to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Vinted and Shopify with no cap on listings, and its home page says a sale on one takes the item down from the others. Paid memberships add more tools and are billed yearly: Member $99 a year, Executive $252 a year and Pro Trader $499 a year.
Limits to know: six marketplaces, so no Facebook Marketplace, Etsy or Whatnot listed. Bulk actions are single-item only on Free. It works through a browser extension; its site doesn’t list a phone app.

Flyp
Best for: sellers who want the lowest paid price.
Flyp is one plan: free for 100 days with no credit card, then $9/mo, “all-inclusive.” Its crosslister posts to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Facebook, Etsy and Vinted and auto-delists sold items.
Limits to know: the crosslister is a Chrome extension (Crosslister by Flyp, in the Chrome Web Store), so you list from a computer; its site doesn’t list a phone app. No Whatnot or Shopify listed.

Vendoo
Best for: sellers on many stores, including Grailed and Vestiaire Collective, who want a phone app.
Vendoo has three plans: Starter $14.99/mo, Growth $29.99/mo and Pro $59.99/mo ($12.49, $24.99 and $49.99 a month billed yearly), plus custom Enterprise pricing. Every plan has unlimited inventory and sale detection with auto-delisting, and there are iPhone and Android apps. AI listing tools start on Growth; Pro adds auto-sending offers and sharing on Poshmark, Depop and Grailed.
Limits to know: sale detection and auto-delisting cover Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Whatnot and Etsy, per its pricing page, not every store it posts to. Vendoo also notes some features and marketplaces aren’t on mobile yet.

MagicListr
Best for: sellers who list from their phone and want the price worked out for them.
You snap a photo and MagicListr names the item, suggests a price from similar eBay listings (Snap & Price) and writes the listing, then posts it to eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify and Whatnot (Etsy is paused for now). When it sells anywhere, it comes down everywhere else, on every plan. It works from the iPhone and Android apps and the web app. It also keeps your offers in one place and tracks profit after fees and mileage for taxes.
Plans on the web are $19.99/mo or $199 a year, and Pro is $39.99/mo or $399 a year (300 Snap & Price items a month instead of 100). In the iPhone and Android apps they cost more because Apple and Google charge a fee: $22.99/mo and $45.99/mo. Founding members pay $14.99/mo for as long as they stay subscribed (the first 100, on the web).
Limits to know: it’s invite-only right now, so you join the waitlist first. Nine stores: no Grailed, Vestiaire Collective or OfferUp. No free plan after the 30-day trial, and no Poshmark sharing automation.

List Perfectly
Best for: high-volume sellers on a computer who run several accounts per store.
List Perfectly’s plans are Simple $29/mo, Business $49/mo, Pro $69/mo and Pro Plus $99+/mo, all with unlimited listings and crosslisting; AI listings, barcode scans and background removals are capped by plan. It covers the widest mix of fashion stores here, including Grailed and Vestiaire Collective.
Limits to know: Auto Delist is on Pro Plus only. Vinted is a “Lite” marketplace, so a sale there isn’t detected. You can create and edit listings in your phone’s browser, but crosslisting runs through its extension in Chrome or Edge on a computer; the extension can’t be installed on a phone.

Crosslist
Best for: sellers outside the US and sellers on OfferUp or WooCommerce.
Crosslist has four plans set by new listings a month: Bronze $29.99/mo (200), Silver $34.99/mo (500), Gold $39.99/mo (1,000) and Diamond $44.99/mo (unlimited), with two months free billed yearly. AI listing and pricing is a $4.99/mo add-on. It works in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, and it has iPhone and Android apps for listing, editing and managing inventory.
Limits to know: auto-delisting is on Gold and Diamond only. There’s no free trial, and its site says it doesn’t support users in the European Union. Vinted isn’t on its marketplace list.

Nifty
Best for: Poshmark and eBay sellers who want sharing, relisting and offers run for them.
Nifty sells crosslisting and automation separately or together. Crosslisting is $39.99/mo (up to 1,500 active items and 500 AI “smart credits” a month, with sale detection and auto-delisting) and Crosslisting Pro is $59.99/mo. Automation is $39.99/mo, or $25/mo for Poshmark or eBay only; bundles are $69.99 and $89.99/mo. Yearly billing saves up to 12%, and there’s a 7-day free trial.
Limits to know: six stores (eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Etsy and Whatnot); its help docs say Facebook Marketplace and Vinted aren’t currently supported. There’s no App Store or Google Play app; you add a shortcut to its website on your home screen.

Primelister
Best for: sellers who want one simple plan with everything unlimited.
Primelister’s crosslisting is one plan: $49.99/mo, or $399.99 a year ($33.33 a month), with unlimited crosslisting, auto-delisting and bulk tasks. It posts to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, Facebook, Grailed and Shopify, and there’s a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
Limits to know: the highest monthly starting price here. Its iPhone, iPad and Android app makes AI listing drafts and runs automations, but its help docs say crosslisting is done on a computer with its Chrome extension. Vinted and Whatnot appear on its site as automation pages, not as crosslisting stores.

So which crosslisting app is best?
It depends on how you sell, and that’s the honest answer:
- Want it free? Closo’s Free plan, if its six marketplaces cover yours.
- Want the lowest paid price and list from a computer? Flyp, at $9/mo after 100 free days.
- Sell on Grailed or Vestiaire Collective? Vendoo or List Perfectly.
- Sell outside the US? Crosslist (US, UK, Canada and Australia).
- Want Poshmark sharing and offers automated? Nifty’s automation plans.
- List mostly from your phone, on Facebook Marketplace, Vinted or Whatnot as well as the big three, and want auto-delisting on every plan? That’s who we built MagicListr for.
Whichever you try, use the trial to list ten real items to every store you sell on, and make one sale. You’ll learn more in that week than from any comparison, this one included. For a closer look at any two apps, see our side-by-side comparisons, and for how each store’s listings work, the store guides.
