The rules
Facebook Marketplace fees in 2026, in plain words
- Selling fee on shipped orders: 10%, or $0.80 minimum per order, taken from your payout.
- It’s worked out on the total transaction value: the item price, shipping and any sales tax.
- Your payment provider may charge its own fees on top.
- Facebook sometimes offers eligible sellers a lower promotional rate; if you have one, it shows in your payout breakdown.
- Payouts start 15 days after you mark the item shipped, or 5 days after it’s delivered, and can take up to 5 more days to reach your bank.
- Facebook’s fee is for orders sold with shipping through its checkout. A local pickup paid in person doesn’t go through Facebook, so the calculator shows no fee for it.
Not in the calculator: Promotional rates, and any fee your own payment provider charges.
Fees checked on against Facebook Help Center: getting paid and selling fees for shipped orders. Stores change their fees, so check there before you count on a number. Facebook Marketplace is a trademark of its owner; MagicListr isn’t affiliated with it.
