Creator program terms

1. Who can join
Creators, educators and community leaders who make content for resellers, approved by MagicListr. You don’t need to be a MagicListr customer. We may decline or end any application.
2. What you earn
Only paying members earn. A customer counts once their first real payment goes through, after any free trial. Someone who starts a trial and cancels before being charged earns nothing.
30% of each subscription payment from a customer who signs up through your link or code, for that customer’s first 12 payments. Web plans: 30% of what the customer pays, before sales tax. iPhone and Android plans: 30% of what Apple or Google pay MagicListr for that subscription.
A customer who cancels stops earning from their next missed payment. A customer’s payment 13 and later don’t earn.
3. What doesn’t earn
Refunded or charged-back payments; payments still in a free trial; your own account or accounts you control; customers already signed up, or already on the waitlist, before they used your link; customers brought by paid search ads bidding on “MagicListr” or its misspellings.
4. Tracking
Your link or code. The last creator link a person used within 60 days before signing up gets the credit; a code entered at sign-up wins over a link.
5. Your audience
60 days free instead of 30, with no card to start, and the founding price while founding spots last.
6. Payment
Monthly, for payments more than 30 days old (the hold covers refunds). Minimum payout $25; smaller balances roll over. Paid by PayPal or bank transfer. A W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (outside the US) is required before your first payout; MagicListr issues a 1099-NEC where the IRS requires one.
7. Honest promotion
Say clearly that you’re paid, every time you share your link, as the FTC requires (https://www.ftc.gov/business-guidance/resources/disclosures-101-social-media-influencers). Only say what’s true of MagicListr today, and never promise earnings. For Vinted, say that Vinted’s terms don’t allow outside tools it hasn’t authorised. No spam, no fake reviews, no posing as MagicListr staff.
8. Brand
Use the MagicListr name and logos as we provide them. Don’t change them, and don’t use “MagicListr” in a username, domain or ad account.
9. Ending
Either side can end this at any time. Commissions earned before the end are paid. Breaking “What doesn’t earn” or “Honest promotion” forfeits unpaid commissions.
10. Changes
We’ll give 30 days’ notice of changes to rates or terms, and changes never reduce what’s already earned.
