Delete your MagicListr account
MagicListr is made by Bubby Studio. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time, or ask us to do it.
In the app (fastest)
- Open MagicListr on your phone, or go to app.magiclistr.com and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
By email
Email [email protected] from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.
What's deleted, and what's kept
- Deleted immediately: your account, profile (name, email, picture), inventory, listings, sales, costs, offers, settings and every photo you uploaded.
- Disconnected: your eBay, Etsy and Shopify connections (their stored access tokens are deleted), and MagicListr's Gmail access is revoked.
- Kept for a while: copies in our providers' backups expire on their normal schedule, usually within 30 days. Subscription records that Apple, Google or Stripe keep for billing and tax are kept by them under their own policies.
- Listings already posted on other marketplaces stay on those marketplaces until you remove them there.
Delete some of your data, keep your account
- Items and sales: delete any item or sale in the app (open it, then Delete). It's removed from your account right away.
- Connected stores and Gmail: in Settings, disconnect eBay, Etsy, Shopify or Gmail and we delete the stored access token.
- Anything else: email [email protected] and tell us what to delete.
